Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. General Statement

• All services offered by Surya Prasad Nayak, including but not limited to creative design, branding, and video editing, are 100% digital.
• There are no physical products, and therefore, no physical shipping is required.

2. Service Delivery

All final, approved project files will be delivered to you (the "Client") electronically.

Primary Delivery Method: Final files will be delivered via a secure cloud-based file transfer service (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) or as an email attachment, depending on the file size.

Access: You will receive a direct link to download your files. This link will be sent to the primary email address we have on file for you.

File Formats: All files will be delivered in the formats specified in our project agreement or proposal (e.g., .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .MP4, .AI, .PSD).

Timeline: All services will be delivered according to the project timeline mutually agreed upon in our contract or project proposal.

3. Client Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active email address for receiving the final files.
• It is your responsibility to download and secure your final files within a reasonable timeframe. Access to the download link may expire after a set period (e.g., 30 days), after which a re-upload fee may apply.

4. No Shipping Fees

As all services are digital, you will never be charged any shipping or handling fees.
