This policy applies to all services provided by Surya Prasad Nayak ("I", "me", "my") through the website www.suryaprasadnayak.in.
Before Work Begins: If you (the "Client") choose to cancel a project before any work has commenced, any deposit or advance payment made will be refunded.
After Work Has Begun: If you (the "Client") choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any advance payments will be applied to this final invoice. If the advance payment exceeds the amount for work completed, no refund will be issued. If the work completed exceeds the advance payment, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline (and without a mutually agreed-upon extension), you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, to be determined on a case-by-case basis after review.
If I do not hear from you (the "Client") for a period of 30 days after a request for feedback, files, or communication, I will consider the project abandoned. In this case, no refunds will be issued for any payments made, and you will be invoiced for any work completed to date.
I reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
